建筑的实质是空间，空间的本质是为人服务。而办公空间除了企业形象的代表，更是高效办公的重要载体，工作与生活的融合，功能与趣味的共生，都是以人为中心，聚集，展开。本末言认为，项目作为城市中心，代表的不仅仅是城市高度，更承载了一个又一个时代浪潮的引领者。

项目位于灵山岛尖入海口，江海汇聚之处，除了地缘优越，还结合了区位的重点开发属性与大湾区优势，这片海静谧，内里却暗潮涌动，正犹如时代的浪潮，瞬息万变。在这片海洋中，塔内的企业家们就仿佛一个个扬起风帆的水手，与海鸥为伴，满怀冒险精神，踏上征服海洋的远航。

ECOSPHERE

如果说海洋是感性的，那万物都从感性中来，最终到理性中去。我们用最感性的曲线作为设计语言，尝试搭建出一个有序的理性空间，而在这个空间中，我们模拟海洋生态链，打造自然共生的EDO绿色生态办公，贯穿绿色、健康的设计理念。

If the ocean is emotional, everything comes from sensibility and finally to rationality. We use the most perceptual curve as the design language to try to build an orderly and rational space. In this space, we simulate the marine ecological chain and create a natural symbiotic Edo green ecological office, which runs through the green and healthy design concept.

OASIS.

大概是代表了希望，犹如沙漠中的绿洲，孤独的水手在静谧的海面窥见一座孤岛，一定是感动的。倡导绿色的办公环境，在空间中置入“绿洲”，配合鲜风系统，加速兑现“碳中和”。

It probably represents hope, like an oasis in the desert. A lonely sailor must be moved to see an island in the quiet sea. Advocate a green office environment, put an "oasis" in the space, cooperate with the fresh air system, and accelerate the realization of "carbon neutralization".

浮鸥.

FLOATING GULL.

坐观望海，闲鸥野鹭，接待大堂提取鸥翼元素，通过抽象概念提炼，利用数字媒体装置技术，让“鸥翼”翱翔，流动于空间。

一个最佳的办公空间，更注重工作的高效性，同时也要保证工作的趣味性，满足生活与工作的完美融合。而保证员工在高效且稳定地高效产出的同时，还能促进客户洽谈达成与满足社交需求，此时空间的开放性与有序组合便显得尤其重要。

At this time, the openness and orderly combination of space is particularly important.

工作区配置有两条垂直动线，分隔开独立办公与休闲办公两大区域，独立办公位我们模拟沙丁鱼群效应为团队协作提供了更多思考，沙丁鱼群是目前生物界自发的有效组织中团队行动力最强的动物，鱼群们的集体行动不仅提高能效，同时也保障安全，我们希望在工作环境中营造出紧密合作却又松紧有致的协作区，在工作区拟态鱼骨造型，主柜与办公桌之间采用滑动配置，配合不同工作需求。

In independent office, we simulate the effect of sardine school to provide more thinking for teamwork. Sardine school is currently a spontaneous and effective organization in the biological world. 如果说人们是鱼群，每日沿着相同的轨迹浮浮沉沉，机械地，有序着，那么休闲办公区便是我们为之准备的绿洲，在深海中的一片净土。这里是有机的，这里没有规则，也没有过多思考，只有树影、游艇、和海上的一轮明月。

If people are schools of fish, floating up and down along the same track every day, mechanically and orderly, then the leisure office area is the oasis we prepared for it, a piece of pure land in the deep sea. This is organic, there are no rules, and there is no too much thinking. There are only tree shadows, yachts, and a bright moon on the sea.

03. 个性化

INDIVIDUALIZATION

除了有序的功能组合，办公空间的个性化与趣味性也十分重要。空间大面留白，保留通透感，提取帆船游艇概念为元素贯穿空间，透过船帆远眺，是海天一线，是日月星辰，在简单工作日常中，仿佛看见的又是扬帆起航的一群冒险家，满腔热血，扬帆起航。
